Digital Content & In-App Purchases Please note: All in-game transactions made via official app stores (Google Play or Apple App Store) are governed by their respective refund policies. Orders arrived damaged or with missing components. You were charged incorrectly or unintentionally. Digital content was inaccessible due to a verified system issue. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and supported by proof of transaction. Non-Refundable: Digital items already downloaded or accessed. Limited-edition items once opened or used. Change of mind or dissatisfaction with subjective content.
